Authorized the Mayor to sign a five-year lease with the Port of Camas-Washougal for the Municipal Court Building. The current lease expires December 31, 2017. The proposed new lease for 2018 will be $3,560 per month and will increase by three percent per year for the term of the lease. (Submitted by Pete Capell)
