Rejected all bids for the 2016 Hot Mix Asphalt Citywide Grind, Overlay & Repairs "REBID" Project. Bids exceeded available funds allocated to the grind and overlay portion of the City's 2016 Pavement Preservation Budget. Remaining budget will be applied to the City's 2017 Preservation Budget.
