Authorized the Engineering Manager to sign Professional Services Agreement Supplement 1 with HDJ a Division of PBS Engineering for anticipated and budgeted task increases for design engineering, land surveying, geotechnical evaluation, structural design, environmental documentation and permits, utility coordination, federal documentation and project coordination for the Forest Home Road Storm Damage Repair project in an amount not to exceed $224,047.44. Staff anticipates that Federal Emergency Relief (ER) funds will be available to offset 86.5% of the total cost of design and remedial construction.
