Authorized the Mayor to sign an Interlocal Agreement with Camas School District providing for the City to administer the design and construction of the District's waterline project in conjunction with the North Shore Sewer Transmission System. The District will pay their proportionate share of design, construction management and construction costs as shown in Exhibit "A" attached to the Interlocal Agreement. (Submitted by Sam Adams)
