Authorized the Mayor to sign the Contract Agreement with FCS Group for the Water and Sewer Revenue Requirement Update Project in the amount of $18,158 for work through December 31, 2015. Budget for the project will be included in the upcoming Omnibus Budget Amendment. (Submitted by Steve Wall)
