The Lofts at Camas Meadows Details: Proposal to construct two 4-story buildings with 104 one and two bedroom apartment units. The Design Review Committee (DRC) must provide a recommendation to the decision makers that includes consideration of the general design review standards of Camas Municipal Code (CMC) Chapter 18.19 Design Review, and the Camas Design Review Manual (DRM); along with specific standards for gateways and for multifamily developments. Also, the associated decisions for the project included conditions that are relevant to the design of the development, and require approval from the Design Review Committee.
