Authorized the Grass Valley Parent-Teacher Association (PTA) to hold a raffle in conjunction with their 2015 Silent Auction and School Carnival Night. Per Camas Municipal Code 09.20.090, certain charitable organizations may hold raffles within the city limits provided that they receive written permission from the Camas City Council.
