Authorized the Mayor to sign the Proposal by AKS Engineering and Forestry Inc. in the amount of $85,500 to provide construction administration services and Jones Creek turbidity monitoring associated with Project WS709-E 2015 Jones Creek Timber Harvest. As discussed with Council at the February 2, 2015 Workshop, this project was not included in the 2015 Budget; however, the project is supported by the current rate structure and revenue generated by the timber harvest project.
