Authorized the Mayor to sign the Proposal by AKS Engineering and Forestry Inc. in the amount of $85,500 to provide construction administration services and Jones Creek turbidity monitoring associated with Project WS709-E 2015 Jones Creek Timber Harvest. As discussed with Council at the February 2, 2015 Workshop, this project was not included in the 2015 Budget; however, the project is supported by the current rate structure and revenue generated by the timber harvest project. Staff will include the amount of the contract in the 2015 Spring Omnibus Budget reconciliation. (Submitted by Steve Wall)
