Authorized the Mayor to sign the Proposal by Gray & Osborne, Inc. in the amount of $9,750 for technical review assistance of the City’s Draft Wastewater Treatment Plant National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) Permit as discussed with Council at the February 2, 2015 Workshop.
