Authorized Mayor to sign the amendment to the Interagency Agreement and Funding Authorizaton with the State of Washington Department of Enterprise Services (DES) for the Wastewater Treatment Plant Blower Control and Ultraviolet Disinfection Control Energy Efficiency Upgrades Project.
