Utility Billing Code Proposed Changes Timeline (This item, previously Item VII. C on the Workshop Agenda, was moved from the Workshop Meeting to this meeting.) Details: This presentation is to review a timeline to implement proposed changes to the City’s Code on how the City bills for utilities. The purpose of the modifications is to improve customer’s service and streamline the process in order to maintain current staffing levels and provide better compliance with state law.
