- (b) RFB No. 2026-0412-B for Building 059 - Fire Station No. 7 Re-Roof, Project No. FAC-F-00139, for the Engineering Department to Shoemake Holdings, Inc. DBA Premiere Roofing in the amount of $242,310; and authorizing the City Manager to execute all necessary documents.
- 19 Purchase From Existing Contract
- (c) To approve the purchase of Hot and Cold Mix Asphalt Materials for an initial term from October 1, 2026, through May 26, 2027, with one (1) automatic one-year renewal for the Public Works Department in the estimated amount of $185,000 from Texas Materials Group, Inc. through an existing contract; and authorizing the City Manager to execute all necessary documents. - (d) To approve the purchase of swimming pool chemicals with the initial term of approximately eight (8) months and two (2) one-year automatic renewals for the Parks and Recreation Department in the estimated annual amount of $230,000 from Sunbelt Pools, Inc. through an existing contract; and authorizing the City Manager to execute all necessary documents. - (e) To adopt the 2026-2027 City Council Strategic Plan.
- 24 Approval of Expenditure
- (f) To approve an expenditure for engineering professional services for Drainage Improvements - Various Locations, Project No. ENG-D-00017, in the amount of $537,700 from Teague Nall and Perkins, Inc. for the Engineering Department; and authorizing the City Manager to execute all necessary documents.
- 26 Approval of Contract/Agreement
- (g) To approve an interlocal cooperation contract by and between the City of Plano and the Department of Public Safety for the Plano Municipal Court to securely submit conviction records to the State; and authorizing the City Manager to execute all necessary documents.
- 28 Adoption of Resolutions
- (h) To approve the Investment Portfolio Summary for the quarter ended June 30, 2026; and providing an effective date.
- 30 Adoption of Ordinances
- (i) To transfer the sum of $500,000 from the Recreation Center Renovations Fund Unappropriated fund balance to the Recreation Center Renovations Fund Operating Appropriation for fiscal year 2025-26 for the purchase and installation of a generator at the Tom Muehlenbeck Recreation Center, amending the Community Investment Program of the City adopted by Ordinance No. 2025-9-6, specifically Section 1, Item “A”, to reflect the actions taken herein; declaring this action to be in the public interest; and providing an effective date.
- (j) To amend Section 12-114.1, Stopping, standing, or parking of vehicles exceeding ten thousand (10,000) pounds GVW prohibited on certain streets at all times, of Article V, Stopping, Standing and Parking, of Chapter 12, Motor Vehicles and Traffic, of the City of Plano Code of Ordinances, to establish no truck parking zones along certain sections of Geomap Lane and Love All Drive between 14th Street and Contour Lane, within the city limits of the City of Plano; and providing a penalty clause, a repealer clause, a severability clause, a savings clause, a publication clause, and an effective date.
- (k) To amend Section 12-101, Prohibited on certain streets at all times, of Article V, Stopping, Standing and Parking, of Chapter 12, Motor Vehicles and Traffic, of the City of Plano Code of Ordinances, to establish no parking zones along certain sections of Parkhaven Drive adjacent to Haggard Middle School, within the city limits of the City of Plano; and providing a penalty clause, a repealer clause, a severability clause, a savings clause, a publication clause, and an effective date.

Remaining speakers are limited to thirty (30) total minutes of testimony time, with three (3) minutes assigned per speaker. The Presiding Officer may amend these times as deemed necessary.
