To transfer the sum of $500,000 from the Recreation Center Renovations Fund Unappropriated fund balance to the Recreation Center Renovations Fund Operating Appropriation for fiscal year 2025-26 for the purchase and installation of a generator at the Tom Muehlenbeck Recreation Center, amending the Community Investment Program of the City adopted by Ordinance No. 2025-9-6, specifically Section 1, Item “A”, to reflect the actions taken herein; declaring this action to be in the public interest; and providing an effective date.
