Consideration to renew the annual supply and service contract FY24-046 with Martin's Heating & Cooling, Laredo, TX, in an annual amount up to $60,000.00 and $60,000.00 for the remainder of the contract term to provide HVAC (heating, ventilation, and air conditioning) repair services for the Wastewater Treatment Plants. This contract establishes an hourly service rate and cost percentage for parts. The term of this contract shall be for a period of one year beginning on the date of its execution. There was no price increase during the last extension period. The contract may be extended for one, additional one year period. Funding for the additional extensions are subject to future budget appropriations. All services will be purchased on an as needed basis and funding will be secured from the Sewer System Fund.
