Consideration to renew annual supply and service contract FY24-046 with Martin's Heating & Cooling, Laredo, TX in an amount up to $60,000.00 to provide HVAC (heating, ventilation, and air conditioning) repair services for the Wastewater Treatment Plants. This contract establishes an hourly service rate and cost percentage for parts. The term of this contract shall be for a period of one year beginning as of the date of its execution. There was no price increase during the last extension period. The contract may be extended for two, additional one year periods.
