Consideration to award a Terminal Advertising Concession Agreement with Hachar Air Media 310, a sole proprietorship, for the purposes of managing and operating the Airport’s advertising concession at the passenger terminal building. Term of the contract is for five years with one (1) option to renew for an additional five (5) years. Hachar Air Media shall pay the Airport 50% of gross revenue receipts and shall have a Minimum Annual Guarantee of $65,000.00; providing for severability; and providing for an effective date. Funds obtained through revenue collection shall be deposited into the Laredo International Airport Fund. No financial expenditure consequences are anticipated.
