Public Hearing and Introductory Ordinance authorizing the City Manager to accept the American Conversation Curator Project Grant, in the estimated total amount of $600.00 per six (6) month term, from September 3, 2026, through February 3, 2027, with no match for the City of Laredo Public Library Department; and to amend the general fund budget by appropriating revenues and expenditures in the amount of $600.00; and further authorizing the City Manager to execute all documents resulting from the award of this grant. Any funding as a result of this application will be appropriated in the Laredo Public Library Department - General Fund.
