Consideration to renew supply contract number FY23-053 with Midas Contractors, Laredo, Texas in the amount of up to $80,000.00 for the purchase of fencing materials for the Parks and Recreation Department for a total contract value of $320,000.00. This fencing material shall be purchased on an as needed basis by the Parks and Recreation Department for various city parks. The term of this contract shall be for a period of one-year beginning as of the date of its execution. There was no price increase during the last extension period. This contract can be renewed for three additional one-year extension periods, upon mutual agreement of the parties. This is the second extension. Funding is available in the General Fund-Parks Department.
