Consideration to award contract FY25-063 to Midas Contractors LLC, Laredo, Texas in an annual amount of $65,000.00 for a total contract value of $260,000.00 for providing plumbing maintenance and repairs services for City owned Municipal Housing and Noise Abatement properties on an "as needed basis". The term of this contract shall be for a period of two years beginning the date of execution with a one additional two year extension period upon mutual agreement of the parties. All services will be secured on an as needed basis. Funding for this contract is available in the Municipal Housing and Noise Abatement Funds.
