Consideration to award annual contract FY24-064 to the lowest bidder being Midas Contractors, LLC, of Laredo, Texas in an amount, not to exceed, $100,000.00 for lawn and landscaping restoration caused by excavation work during water line break repairs. This contract is based on the unit costs of measured areas in square feet and linear measurements in feet, and includes the cost of a licensed irrigator, plus a contingency fund to cover miscellaneous landscaping components including, but not limited to replacing individual trees, mulch, various plantings, and other landscaping appurtenances. The term of this contract shall be for a period of one year beginning as of the date of its execution. This contract has three extension periods. All services will be secured on an as needed basis. Funding is available in the Waterworks Fund.
