Consideration to renew supply contract number FY23-053 with Midas Contractors, Laredo, Texas in the amount of up to $80,000.00 for the purchase of fencing materials for the Parks & Recreation Department. This fencing material shall be purchased on an as needed basis by the Parks and Recreation Department for various city parks. The term of this contract shall be for a period of one year beginning as of the date of its execution. There was no price increase during the last extension period. This contract can be renewed for two additional one-year extension periods, upon mutual agreement of the parties. Funding is available in the General Fund-Parks Department.
