Discussion and action on a resolution that City staff is authorized to submit an application to the Federal Transit Administration (FTA) for the Fiscal Year 2026 Low or No Emission Grant Program in the amount of $5,555,000.00 and requires a total match of $1,388,750.00 to support Sun Metro’s Compressed Natural Gas Fueling Station Upgrade Project and that the City Manager, or designee, is authorized to sign any documents necessary for the proper submission of said application; and that the City Manager, or designee, is authorized to sign any documents necessary to accept a grant resulting from said application, after consultation with the City Attorney’s Office; and the City Manager, or designee, is authorized to sign any documents related to a grant resulting from the application, including, but not limited to, revisions to the project scope, and revisions that increase, decrease or de-obligate program funds; and the City Manager, or designee, is authorized to explore funding sources and partnerships that leverage the strength of said application and any grant resulting from said application.
