A Resolution that the City Manager, or designee, be authorized to sign an Underground Electrical and Transformer Pad Easement, granting an easement to the El Paso Electric Company to provide electrical power to property located in the vicinity of El Paso International Airport, said easement more particularly described as: A portion of Lot 2, Block 4, El Paso International Airport Tracts Unit 10, El Paso County, Texas, and more particularly described on Exhibit "A" of the agreement, more commonly referred to as 1820 American Drive.
