6. Approve La Clinica de Familia Amendment #7 to increase funds in the amount of $215,000.00 for the remainder of FY26.
7. Approve a memorandum of understanding and award of $1.3 million to New Mexico State University to support the completion of the film industry sound stage and related spaces, along with associated budget revision and resolution.
