Bill 81 Amending Article V, City Controller, by removing language assigning responsibility for preparing and reconciling all City accounts to the City Controller in order to align the ordinance with the City’s current practice and maintain a separation between the preparation of bank reconciliations and the Controller’s independent review and oversight of those reconciliations.
