Bill 76 Amending the 2026 General Fund budget to accommodate the upgrade of position 235-012, presently a Receptionist within the Human Resources Department and paygrade s05, to that of Constituent Services Specialist with a revised paygrade of s11. This will entail the transfer of funds from between accounts within the Human Resources Budget to cover costs associated with the increased salary for that position over the balance of the year.
