2. Approve a change order to the Lippert Brothers, Inc contract for the Airport Terminal Building and Improvements project Work Package 2 sewer line relocation, in the amount of $260,419 for trash/debris removal, haul-off and disposal and associated budget amendments; authorize the City Manager to sign the change order document.
