1. ORDINANCE NO. 3575: AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AN AMENDED AND RESTATED LEASE AGREEMENT FOR THE LEASE OF CITY-OWNED PROPERTY AND BUILDINGS LOCATED AT 808 E. ALCOTT DR., AND MORE COMMONLY REFERRED TO AS 701 EAST 12TH AVENUE, TO COMMUNITY RESOURCING INCORPORATED FOR OPERATION OF OUR DAILY BREAD FOOD AND RESOURCE CENTER; PROVIDING FOR CITIZEN INITIATED REFERENDUM OF SAID LEASE IN ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION 4-2 OF THE CITY CHARTER.
2. Approve Lease Agreement for Interim Trail Use and Rail Banking by and between the State of Oklahoma, by and through the Oklahoma Department of Transportation (Lessor) and the City of Stillwater (Lessee).
3. Award Bid #20-2025 for Airport Baggage Handling System to Robson Handling Technology for a baggage handling system (BHS) at the Stillwater Regional Airport terminal for a total of $1,127,022 and authorize the City Manager to sign the related documents.
