Approve the award of contracts by CMAR, Lippert Brother, Inc., for Project Work Package #7 (Passenger Boarding Bridge Apron Support and Potable Water Cabinet) for the Stillwater Regional Airport Terminal and Improvements Project; Approve Amendment No. 7 to the CMAR Agreement which includes a partial conversion to guaranteed maximum price in the amount of $107,535 for the relevant portion of work identified as Project Work Package #7; and authorize the City Manager to sign the Amendment and related exhibits Amended A-1 and C-7.
