- Approve development agreement with IH Development, LLC, Ideal Homes of Norman, LP and Park Valley Fund, LLC.
- Approve a Jail Services Agreement with Payne County and the Payne County Sheriff to facilitate the housing of City prisoners in the Payne County Jail Facility.
- RESOLUTION NO. CC-2026-8: A RESOLUTION OF THE STILLWATER CITY COUNCIL AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION AND DELIVERY OF AN EQUIPMENT LEASE/PURCHASE AGREEMENT, AND RELATED INSTRUMENTS, AND DETERMINING OTHER MATTERS IN CONNECTION THEREWITH.
