1. Approve Amendment No. 2 for additional design for the Northeast Transmission Main and Sangre Water Line projects for the TO-01 Task Order Agreement with Black and Veatch Corporation, authorize the General Manager to sign related documents, authorize total expenditures of $255,000, which includes 10% contingency, and approve the associated budget amendment.
2. Authorize FY27 expenditures for maintenance services or equipment parts sole source purchase up to $300,000 from Wartsila for the three 18V50SG engine/generators at the Stillwater Energy Center.
3. Approve the Eighth Amendment to the Wartsila North America MSA and authorize the General Manager to sign the applicable document.
