Discussion and possible action to make recommendations to the City Council regarding the proposed sequence or timing of commencement, continuance, and/or completion of transportation projects for which revenues from the 2022 Transportation Sales Tax are to be used including, but not limited to: Consider recommendation to City Council regarding approval of appropriation and expenditures for Public Works Department purchase of traffic control materials, equipment, and services of $40,440.</li><li style="font-size: 16px;">Consider recommendation to City Council supporting approval of Task Order No. 5 to the Professional Services Agreement with Benham Design, LLC, for pavement reconstruction design and total expenditures of $1,980,000 (25TR01).
