1. Approve a Development Agreement between the City of Stillwater, Stillwater Utilities Authority, and The Young Men’s Christian Association of Greater Oklahoma City (YMCA) for City/SUA participation in the costs for public water and sewer infrastructure improvements in the amount of $250,782.00 in connection with construction of the new YMCA on 12th Avenue; and approve the associated budget amendments.
2. Approve carry forward of budget appropriations from FY26 to FY27 for the following projects in process at the end of FY26:<ul data-pasted="true"><li>Kaw waterline emergency repair in the amount of $167,178 funded from the Water Fund</li><li>Sludge trailer in the amount of $17,125 funded from the Wastewater Fund </li></ul>
3. <span style="margin-left:0in;">Approve the following purchases to support conversion to front-load collection:</span><div style="margin-left: 8px;">•Purchase of new front-load dumpsters from Roll-Offs USA in the amount of $336,980, including approval of the associated budget amendment and authorize the General Manager to sign related documents</div><div style="margin-left: 8px;">•Purchase of a used commercial front-load truck from River City Hydraulics in the amount of $340,000, including approval of the associated budget amendment and authorize the General Manager to sign related documents</div>
4. Approve a budget amendment in the amount of $85,000 from the Water Fund for the emergency replacement of a 24" valve and pipe at 6th Avenue and Country Club Road.
5. <span style="margin-left:0in;">Approve the sole source purchase of a grit classifier from Haynes Equipment Company, OKC, in the amount of $129,284, which contains a 10% contingency; approve the attached budget amendment; and authorize the General Manager to sign related documents.
6. <span style="margin-left:0in;">Approve a budget amendment in the amount of $14,123 from the Wastewater Fund to purchase a <span style="margin-left:0in;">4x4 side-by-side utility vehicle for the Wastewater Treatment Plant.
7. <span style="margin-left:0in;">Approve a budget amendment in the amount of $14,123 from the Water Fund to purchase a 4x4 side-by-side utility vehicle for the Water Treatment Plant.
