- 13. Discussion and possible action to appoint Brandon Stallings to the Oklahoma County Free Fair Board Association, for District 3. The County Free Fair Board currently has an opening in District #3, due to the resignation of Charles Water White. This nomination was brought to the Chairman of the BOCC based on a vote of the Free Fair Board. Requested by Myles Davidson, Commissioner District 3.

- 14. Discussion and possible action to approve the recommendation of the Citizens Bond Oversight Advisory Board to move forward on the Behavioral Care Center. Requested by Steve Mason, Chairman of the Citizens Bond Oversight Advisory Board.

- 15. Discussion and possible action regarding an agreement between Oklahoma State Auditor and Inspector and the Board of County Commissioners on behalf of Oklahoma County Clerk's Office for consulting services is for an amount not to exceed $25,000.00. Requested by Maressa Treat, County Clerk.

Discussion and possible action regarding renewal of contract for professional services between Electra Digital LLC and the Board of County Commissioners of Oklahoma County for consulting, development and subscription monitoring services to commence on July 31, 2024, and continue through June 30, 2025. - 17. Discussion, review, and possible action regarding the FY 2025 Annual Fire Equipment Agreement between Oklahoma County and the City of Warr Acres, Warr Acres Fire Department. Requested by David Barnes, Emergency Management Director, and this agreement has been reviewed by the Oklahoma County District Attorney's Office, commences upon signature by the Oklahoma County Board of County Commissioners and ends on June 30, 2025.

- 19. Discussion and possible action regarding approval or denial of Resolution No. 2024-3670 accepting the Final Plat of Henry Estates as provided in Oklahoma Statutes, Title 19, §868.8. This final plat (FP-2024-04) was approved by the Planning Commission on July 18, 2024. The plat consists of four (4) lots that encompass approximately ten and a half (10.56) acres. The subject property is located .2 miles north of NE 150th St. on Stanfield Rd. in County Commissioner District 3. Requested by Erik Brandt, Principal Planner and approved as to form and legality by Aaron Etherington, Assistant District Attorney.

Discussion and possible action regarding the FY 2024-25 Memorandum of Understanding renewal between Summit Middle School and the Oklahoma County Sheriff's Office for providing one (1) School Resource Officer at a daily rate not to exceed $428.00. The effective dates of this contract are July 1, 2024, through June 30, 2025.
