This final plat (FP-2024-07) was approved by the Planning Commission on July 18, 2024. The plat consists of two (2) lots that encompass approximately fifteen (15.24) acres. The subject property is located .2 miles west of Council Rd. and .3 miles south of NW 206th St. (Keller Dr.) in County Commissioner District 3. Requested by Erik Brandt, Principal Planner and approved as to form and legality by Aaron Etherington, Assistant District Attorney.
