Discussion and possible action regarding approval or denial of Resolution No. 2024-3682 accepting the Final Plat of Whispering Oak Ridge as provided in Oklahoma Statutes, Title 19, §868.8. This final plat (FP-2024-05) was approved by the Planning Commission on July 18, 2024. The plat consists of two (2) lots that encompass approximately four(4.33) acres. The subject property is located .35 miles west of Sooner Rd. and adjacent to Waterloo Rd. (Whispering Oaks Dr.) in County Commissioner District 3. Requested by Erik Brandt, Principal Planner and approved as to form and legality by Aaron Etherington, Assistant District Attorney.
