This final plat (FP-2024-04) was approved by the Planning Commission on July 18, 2024. The plat consists of four (4) lots that encompass approximately ten and a half (10.56) acres. The subject property is located .2 miles north of NE 150th St. on Stanfield Rd. in County Commissioner District 3. Requested by Erik Brandt, Principal Planner and approved as to form and legality by Aaron Etherington, Assistant District Attorney.
