- 18. Discussion and possible action regarding Resolution No. 2024-3713 to amend or not to amend the zoning provided in Title 19 O.S., §868.16 on a tract of land (5.72 acres) in a R-2 - Rural Residential District.The Planned Unit Development (PUD-2024-03) will permit the property owner to conduct all C-G - Commercial - General uses. The intent of the PUD is to permit a mixed-use business complex that includes small business flex space, indoor storage, outdoor storage and covered storage facilities.The Oklahoma County Planning Commission has recommended approval during a public meeting held on July 18, 2024.The tract of land is located two-tenths of a mile east of Harrah Rd. on the south side of SE 29th St. (21200 SE 29th St.)(County Highway District #2). Requested by Erik Brandt, Principal Planner and approved as to form and legality by Aaron Etherington, Assistant District Attorney.

Discussion and possible action regarding Resolution No. 2024-3734 to amend or not amend the zoning as provided in Title 19 O.S.,§868.16 on a tract of land from R-2 - Rural Residential District to R-1 - Acreage Residential District (Z-2024-04). The applicant proposes to change the zoning to develop a 61 lot subdivision on approximately 80.66 acres. The Oklahoma County Planning Commission has recommended approval during a public meeting on July 18, 2024. The property is located a half mile south of Waterloo Rd. on the west side of Meridian Ave. (County Highway District #3). Requested by Erik Brandt, Principal Planner and approved as to form and legality by Aaron Etherington, Assistant District Attorney.

Discussion and possible action regarding Resolution No. 2024-3747 to amend or not amend the zoning as provided in Title 19 O.S.,§868.16 on a tract of land from R-2 - Rural Residential District to Planned Unit Development (PUD-2024-04). The applicant proposes to change the zoning to develop a 102 lot subdivision on approximately 79.33 acres. The Oklahoma County Planning Commission has recommended denial during a public meeting on July 18, 2024. Written protests against the amendment, signed and acknowledged by the owners of twenty percent (20%) of the frontage within one thousand (1,000) feet to the right or left of the frontage proposed to be changed, were filed with the County Planning Commission. This amendment may not be passed except by the favorable vote of all members of the Board of County Commissioners. The property is located a half-mile south of Waterloo Rd. on the east side of Douglas Blvd. (County Highway District #3). Discussion and possible action regarding the FY 2024-25 Memorandum of Understanding renewal between St. Elizabeth Ann Seaton Catholic School and the Oklahoma County Sheriff's Office for providing one (1) School Resource Officer at a daily rate not to exceed $428.00. The effective dates of this contract are July 1, 2024, through June 30, 2025.
