Discussion and possible action regarding Resolution No. 2024-3713 to amend or not to amend the zoning provided in Title 19 O.S., §868.16 on a tract of land (5.72 acres) in a R-2 - Rural Residential District.The Planned Unit Development (PUD-2024-03) will permit the property owner to conduct all C-G - Commercial - General uses. The intent of the PUD is to permit a mixed-use business complex that includes small business flex space, indoor storage, outdoor storage and covered storage facilities.The Oklahoma County Planning Commission has recommended approval during a public meeting held on July 18, 2024.The tract of land is located two-tenths of a mile east of Harrah Rd. on the south side of SE 29th St. (21200 SE 29th St.)(County Highway District #2). Requested by Erik Brandt, Principal Planner and approved as to form and legality by Aaron Etherington, Assistant District Attorney.
