Discussion and possible action regarding Resolution No. 2024-3734 to amend or not amend the zoning as provided in Title 19 O.S.,§868.16 on a tract of land from R-2 - Rural Residential District to R-1 - Acreage Residential District (Z-2024-04). The applicant proposes to change the zoning to develop a 61 lot subdivision on approximately 80.66 acres. The Oklahoma County Planning Commission has recommended approval during a public meeting on July 18, 2024. The property is located a half mile south of Waterloo Rd. on the west side of Meridian Ave. (County Highway District #3). Requested by Erik Brandt, Principal Planner and approved as to form and legality by Aaron Etherington, Assistant District Attorney.
