Discussion and possible action regarding Change Order No. 046A to the Agreement for Services between Flintco LLC and the Board of County Commissioners of Oklahoma County for the Behavioral Care Center and associated infrastructure in an amount not to exceed Five Hundred Twelve Thousand Two Hundred Eighty-Three Dollars and NO/100 ($512,283.00). This change order is necessary to furnish and install the Access Control System, including Genetec Access Control Software. Requisition No. 12702609 has been issued from American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) Fund 14153305, Project AR130, in the amount of Two Hundred Eighty-Two Thousand Five Hundred Thirty-Seven Dollars and 61/100 ($282,537.61), and Requisition No. 12702610 has been issued from Jail Bond Fund 2034 in the amount of Two Hundred Twenty-Nine Thousand Seven Hundred Forty-Five Dollars and 39/100 ($229,745.39), contingent upon final encumbrance of funds.
