The plat consists of ninety-eight (98) lots that encompass approximately one hundred and forty-eight (148.40) acres. The subject property is located at the northeast corner of the intersection of NW 206th St./Covell Rd. and MacArthur Blvd. in County Commissioner District 3. Requested by Erik Brandt, Principal Planner, and approved as to form and legality by Lisa Endres, Assistant District Attorney.
