Discussion and possible action regarding lowering the posted speed limit on SE 44th Street from Harrah Road to Luther Road, including the section from Harrah Road to Dobbs Road and Dobbs Road to Luther Road, from 50 mph to 40 mph due to safety concerns regarding sight distance and vehicles entering SE 44th Street from nearby residential neighborhoods, including Deer Park Estates, Woodmark Estates, and Sundance Acres.
