This change order is necessary for framing updates at North Wall of Pod 3, upsizing natural gas line, furnish and install V Loop Expansion Joints, gear operated butterfly valves for future expansion, safety dampers at locations clarified in RFI #305 and Demo and repour to accommodate new location and increased recess at RM 078.
