Discussion and possible action regarding Amendment No. 040 to the Agreement for Services between Flintco LLC and the Board of County Commissioners of Oklahoma County for ARPA (American Rescue Plan Act) Project #10130 - Behavioral Care Center, in an amount not to exceed One Million Six Hundred Ten Thousand Dollars and No/100 ($1,610,000.00). This amendment is necessary for the procurement of all furniture required for occupancy of the facility. Requisition No. 12607147 in the amount of $710,702.83 from ARPA Behavioral Care Center Fund 1415 and Requisition No. 12607149 in the amount of $899,297.17 from Jail Capital Fund 2080, contingent upon final encumbrance of funds.
