9. 8 BZA2025-0001 Shultz Design & Construction, 2993 Graybill Rd., Green, OH 44685 The Appellant, Shultz Design & Construction, 3465 S. Arlington Rd., E-116, in Green, is requesting a 5’6” height variance to permit a detached garage to be 23’6” in height where 18’ is the maximum height allowed. This is not compliant with GCO Chapter 157, Planning and Development Code, specifically 157.087(2)(F), Accessory Uses. TMP-4879 approve as submitted Pass
10. 9 BZA2025-0002 Ellet Sign Co., 3200 Arlington Rd., Green, OH 44319 The Appellant, Ellet Sign Co., 3041 E. Waterloo Rd., on behalf of DeVille Developments, is requesting a variance of 240 sq ft to permit an ID sign that is 360 sq ft where 120 sq ft is the maximum allowed in a Special Sign District. This does not comply with GCO, Chapter 157, Planning & Development Code, specifically 157.135(9)(A)(3), Special Sign Districts. Note this ID sign received a variance, BZA2006-0026, of 240 sq ft for a 300 sq ft total sign area, which was prior to the area being designated a Special Sign District.
