BZA2025-0002 Ellet Sign Co., 3200 Arlington Rd., Green, OH 44319 The Appellant, Ellet Sign Co., 3041 E. Waterloo Rd., on behalf of DeVille Developments, is requesting a variance of 240 sq ft to permit an ID sign that is 360 sq ft where 120 sq ft is the maximum allowed in a Special Sign District. This does not comply with GCO, Chapter 157, Planning & Development Code, specifically 157.135(9)(A)(3), Special Sign Districts. Note this ID sign received a variance, BZA2006-0026, of 240 sq ft for a 300 sq ft total sign area, which was prior to the area being designated a Special Sign District.
