BZA2024-0026 Fast Signs Akron, 1790 Graybill Rd., Green, OH 44685 The Appellant, Fast Signs Akron, 1783 Brittain Rd. in Akron, is requesting the following variances for 1790 Graybill Rd., on behalf of Summa Health System for a directional sign; (1) a 1’8” height variance to permit a 4’8” in height directional sign where 3’ is the maximum height allowed; and (2) an 8.3 sq ft total size variance to permit a 12.3 sq ft directional sign where 4 sq ft is the maximum size allowed. This is not compliant with GCO Part Twelve, Planning and Zoning Code, specifically 157.135(8)(C), Directional signage.
