Long, City Manager, on 10/13/2026, AUTHORIZING the City Manager to execute a Development Agreement with OH Cincinnati Estecreek, LLC, pertaining to the development of real property located at 5051 Estecreek Road in the Winton Hills neighborhood of Cincinnati into an 131,631 square foot Class A cold storage industrial facility, and providing for City assistance to the project in the form of a rebate of a portion of the service payments in lieu of taxes imposed in connection with a proposed thirty-year property tax exemption for improvements pursuant to Ohio Revised Code Section 5709.41, subject to the passage by Council of a separate ordinance authorizing such tax exemption. Twitty Way” in honor of Ronald J. Twitty, and his lifelong commitment to justice, public service, and mentorship and his enduring impact to the Cincinnati community.
