ORDINANCE (EMERGENCY), submitted by Councilmember Johnson, from Emily Smart Woerner, City Solicitor, DECLARING that Reading Road at Asmann Avenue in the Paddock Hills neighborhood shall hereby receive the honorary, secondary name of “Ronald J. Twitty Way” in honor of Ronald J. Twitty, and his lifelong commitment to justice, public service, and mentorship and his enduring impact to the Cincinnati community.
